On Friday February 21st The Church of the Good Shepherd presents A Taste Of Fun.
Are you tired of winter? Looking for some fun?
The Church of the Good Shepherd is having a night of fun with drinks, nibbles and music on Friday, February 21, snow date February 28.
Advance tickets are $25 per person (until Feb.19) which includes two glasses of wine and the nibbles. There will be beer available for purchase and a small silent auction table with homemade goodies.
Also - our DJ for the evening will be our own Rev’d. Cathy Lee Cunningham who will be ‘spinning the tunes’. Known as the Beaver Bank Reactor, she’ll share all kinds of popular music for about 90 minutes.

At the Good Shepherd, We Rock: Ordinarily, this means a Kitchen Party fundraiser for the Good Shepherd. Rockers (in rocking chairs) canvass sponsors and then Rock on to the music of some fabulous local musicians, and of course food.
This year, in light of COVID-19, we’re postponing the Rock-A-thon, most likely until September, but that is a tentative date, until we have a better idea of where the pandemic is going.
In the meantime, we still need to pay our bills, so we’ll be able to continue our work in the community after all this pandemic stuff is over. If you’d like to donate before the actual Rock-A-thon, we would encourage you to do so. Instructions for donating by e-transfer can be found by clicking the “Donate” tab on our menu banner or you can click HERE.
